  • My Music, My Strengths, My Confidence
Association Luxembourgeoise des Thérapeutes à Médias Artistiques - ALTàMA asbl

15.10.2026 @ Maison Schauwenburg
16:00 - 16:45 for secondary school students I 17:00 - 17:45 for adults

This workshop places particular emphasis on personal resources, self-esteem and a sense of self-efficacy: What am I capable of? What gives me strength? How can I express myself and be heard? What role can I play within a group?

In a supportive and non-judgemental environment, you can explore different ways of relating to yourselves and to others. The aim is not musical performance but the experience gained through music and the discovery of your own strengths.

No prior musical knowledge is required.

  • Packing My Suitcase ... What Am I Taking With Me
Christiane BALTES & Nikolett NAGI (art-thérapeutes)

15.10.2026 @ Maison Schauwenburg
18:00 - 19:30

Some things we want to take with us, others we would like to leave behind and some are still waiting to be discovered. In this art therapy workshop, the suitcase becomes the starting point for a creative journey exploring personal resources, experiences, and sources of strength. Through colours, images, and a variety of materials, participants are invited to reflect, explore, and discover new perspectives. A hands-on introduction to art therapy, exploring how the creative process can support well-being, self-awareness, and resilience. It’s not about creating a work of art – it’s about discovering something about yourself through the creative process.
